Profession: J Cole Contracting
Training: In summer 2008, following a 2nd shoulder surgery, and the subsequent physical therapy,

giving his training approach more thought and intensity, with an eye toward entering
a bodybuilding competition.

to compete in more than 25 shows.
Show highlights:
2012 WNBF Monster Mash, taking 2nd place in his Pro debut.
2012 INBF Cardinal Classic, winning the Overall in Men's Open Bodybuilding (WNBF Pro Card
Winner).
2011 NPA Mr. North Carolina Overall winner.
John grew up in a sports oriented family, competing in wrestling and football youth programs and throughout high school,
earning a scholarship to wrestle at Cleveland State University. However, since he's become immersed in bodybuilding, he calls this
"my new-found sport".
