Not only has training improved Wendy's physical appearance, it has increased her self confidence, sharpened her time management, and has led her to meet many new people with similar interests.  Along the way, she lost a few friends, but insists she wouldn't change anything, given the chance to start over.  She admits, though, that her outlook on surmounting obstacles and attaining goals has changed.  In the past, stressful and frustrating barriers often held her back, but now she is adamant in saying that, whenever they arise, she considers them positive incentives for self improvement. 
                                Wendy thanks God, her family and her trainer for keeping her focused and says:

                            "I would tell all prospective competitors that the only limit is your mind."
